Shipping & Returns

These delivery conditions apply to all orders you place via www.candymixmatch.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms of delivery.
1. Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time depends on the availability of the products, the chosen shipping method and the destination. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as force majeure, strikes, weather conditions, customs controls, etc.
2. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the chosen shipping method and the destination. The shipping costs are shown before you confirm your order. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs or other authorities.
3. Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you at the moment the products are delivered to the address specified by you. You are obliged to check the products upon receipt for any defects or deviations. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us as soon as possible at order@candymixmatch.com. Ownership of the products only passes to you after you have made full payment.
4. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing within this period at order@candymixmatch.com. You must return the products in their original condition and packaging to the following address:

The costs and the risk of returning are for your account. We will refund the amount paid (including shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, such as opened or perishable sweets.
5. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our products or services, you can contact us at order@candymixmatch.com . We will handle your complaint as soon as possible and try to find a suitable solution. If we cannot resolve it together, you can submit your complaint to an independent disputes committee or appeal to online dispute resolution via https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
