Scope and trader

Orders, prices and payment
Check the goods, quantities, address and total before placing an order with an obligation to pay. You receive confirmation by email. The minimum order value is €25 for all available destinations. Mix & Match applies to the 250 g variants.
Checkout shows the applicable product prices, taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods before payment. Import duties and clearance charges for delivery outside the EU may be payable by you where they are not included in the displayed total; this is explained before purchase. We do not unilaterally change an agreed contract to the consumer's disadvantage. Obvious pricing errors are assessed under applicable law.
Delivery
We deliver as agreed at purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is within 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. If delivery is late, you may, where required, give us a reasonable additional period and then terminate; where the law permits immediate termination, that right applies. Following valid termination for non-delivery, we refund without undue delay.
Risk remains with us until you or a third party nominated by you physically receive the goods. The statutory exception applies if you commission a carrier we did not offer. See our shipping policy for practical details.
Cancellation and returns
Purchases with a cancellation right have a 14-day cooling-off period and a further 14 days to send the goods back. Direct return costs for change-of-mind cancellation are payable by the customer; necessary, reasonable return costs for incorrect or faulty goods are payable by us. Food and mixes assembled from standard stock are not generally excluded. Conditions, statutory exceptions and the model form are in our returns policy.
Product information and statutory rights
We are responsible for goods conforming to the contract. Your statutory rights concerning faults, damage or incorrect delivery remain fully applicable. Before consumption, check the ingredients, allergens and warnings in the product information and on the packaging; contact us if unsure. This advice does not exclude our responsibility to provide accurate information.
Complaints, liability and applicable law
Send complaints to hello@candymixmatch.com with your order number and a description. We handle them as soon as possible. Prompt reporting helps, but statutory rights are not subject to a general 48-hour cut-off.
Our liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Dutch law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable, including in the EU and the United Kingdom. Court jurisdiction follows the applicable rules; you are not required to bring proceedings exclusively in the Netherlands.
Shopify Network Intelligence
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes information when you visit or buy from our store. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify uses customer information together with information from interactions with other stores and Shopify to provide services and improve products, personalisation, security and advertising targeting. Information may be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries, with applicable safeguards. We request consent for advertising and tracking where required, and you may withdraw it. Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and use Shopify’s privacy portal for information on access, deletion, objection and withdrawal of consent for this processing.
